Stainless Steel 304L Welded Pipe is composed of 18.0–20.0% Chromium (Cr) and 8.0–12.0% Nickel (Ni), providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It contains a maximum of 0.030% Carbon (C), along with 2.0% Manganese (Mn), 0.75% Silicon (Si), 0.045% Phosphorus (P), 0.030% Sulfur (S), and 0.10% Nitrogen (N). UNS S30403 Welded Pipe has a minimum tensile strength of 485 MPa and yield strength of 170 MPa. It is available in wall thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 12.7 mm, outer diameters from 6.35 mm to 114.3 mm, and schedules ranging from 5 to 80S, with lengths up to 26 meters.
