Titanium Grade 5 Pipe

This Ti-6Al-4V alloy is widely used across industries due to its remarkable mechanical properties and efficiency. We offer a range of finishes including Brushed, Annealed and Pickled (AP), Bright and Annealed (BA), and MF, meeting all international standards.
Our Titanium Gr 5 Pipes are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B337 / B338 and ASME SB861 / SB862 standards. Available in sizes from 5.0 mm to 1219.2 mm and various wall thicknesses, we supply in Single Random, Double Random, and Cut Lengths. The composition includes 90% titanium, 3.5-4.5% vanadium, and 5.5-6.75% aluminum. It has a density of 4.43 g/cm³, a melting point of 1632°C, yield strength of 880 MPa, tensile strength of 950 MPa, and 14% elongation.
